MY THOUGHTS:
Flipping through I think this is a great Bible for teens.  It has the basic setup you expect, plus extras like Rock Solid truths which take verses and give teens the truth from those verses in easy to understand ways followed with a question to think about (and the questions are great).  There are also Rock Solid Promises which are features on one verse or two with a brief explanation and question or prayer and Rock Solid Plans which highlight a series of verses and show you what your next step should be in relation to the verses.  There are also other useful features.  The version is NIV which is a very popular translation that is easy to understand and was and still is a favorite of mine.  The Bible has a nice cover, seems sturdy and looks great for either male or female in the teenage age group.  This one will be going to my oldest who will be turning twelve later this year.  I think it's perfect for him and he'll appreciate a more grown looking Bible.

It's that perfect time of year to contemplate a gift Bible for a teenager in your life and the Rock Solid Study Bible would make a great choice!

Cover Reveal: Opal by Jennifer Armentrout

No one is like Daemon Black.

When he set out to prove his feelings for me, he wasn’t fooling around. Doubting him isn’t something I’ll do again, and now that we’ve made it through the rough patches, well... There’s a lot of spontaneous combustion going on.

But even he can’t protect his family from the danger of trying to free those they love.

After everything, I’m no longer the same Katy. I’m different... And I’m not sure what that will mean in the end. When each step we take in discovering the truth puts us in the path of the secret organization responsible for torturing and testing hybrids, the more I realize there is no end to what I’m capable of. The death of someone close still lingers, help comes from the most unlikely source, and friends will become the deadliest of enemies, but we won’t turn back. Even if the outcome will shatter our worlds forever.

Together we’re stronger... and they know it.
